Couldve been great

I was super excited to see this. Ive always wanted to play it but I dont a 3DS so when I saw it in the App Store I was over the moon. But I just cant get myself to love this game. The most frustrating thing is the lag. For a music rhythm game any lag makes it really hard to play. It just isnt fun when it is almost impossible to get through a level because of lagging issues. I also dont like the in app purchases. Yes, it is technically free to play. And they give you a good amount of characters to start out with. But, with only two songs to start it gets boring fast. I didnt mind buying a few of my favorite songs but to unlock the full potential of this game youd have to spend over $100. Plus, I was really hoping the characters would be unlocked as you progressed through the game. Instead they are $1.99 each to add on. They arent really necessary to play but its a little annoying. Honestly, I think Id be better off buying a used 3DS and the full game than spending any more money on this.
